Bickle email, video to "dear friends" may explain why Truman land was transferred

Multiple sources insist that Mike Bickle has a personal and vested interest in certain assets related to IHOPKC and its ministries. Now documents supporting this, which were sent to IHOPKC Partners, and include a personal letter from Bickle, potentially reveal why several parcels of land, including the Truman property, has been transferred away from the ministry and to private for-profit LLCs, via quitclaim deeds, a fast way to transfer property ownership.
The button below will take you to the original story of the property transfers, if you missed it. Shortly after the publication of that story, I began receiving calls and messages, especially regarding TLP 1, the for-profit LLC established in late March.
The letters almost certainly stand for Truman Legacy Park, which is a dream of Bickle’s, perched in the window of IHOPKC’s "Prophetic History” (PH). Much criticized, the PH is filled with revisions (you know, because God corrects himself?) and inaccuracies, but deeply embraced by many, including Bickle.
This past Sunday, we saw Isaac Bennett, pastor of Forerunner Church, and IHOPKC board member, share a message almost verbatim to words Bickle uses when discussing the PH of IHOPKC, reminding listeners that the PH is alive and (un)well.
With apologies to the terrific singers who have come through IHOPKC, and were not part of this mess, over here in Dr. Dénouement’s writing village, one antiphonal chorus plays on repeat. It goes something like this:

Indeed, my silly chorus illustrates IHOPKC founder Bickle’s ideal of everything connected to the mega-ministry’s PH. But let’s back up and hone in on the obsession with Harry S. Truman—and the surreptitious transfer of ministry assets.
In previous posts (International House of… Money?), I have shared how during Covid, while IHOPKC was forced to slow down a bit, and things were quiet, we saw a few things happen financially:
* IHOPKC took out a Paycheck Protection Program Loan for $2,514,300 (to protect 473 jobs)
* IHOPKC-FCF took out a Paycheck Program Loan for $215,900 (to protect 61 jobs)
* Bickle took out his own personal loan for $2400 for a payroll of one—his own
Most of these loans were approved in April 2020, though some went unto summer 2020. By December, we saw some fascinating records appear on the Jackson County, MO Real Estate Index, as the bank holding the deeds for the property issued paid in full (link here).
Once they had all that money out of the way, it appears (Dr. Dénouement can only piece together the puzzle here and makes no absolute claim as to what occurred), Bickle and company were freed to move forward with the PH dreams of the Truman property.
The Truman backstory
Bickle shares in many teachings on the importance of acquiring the Truman property in relation to IHOPKC being key in the salvation of all the Jewish people. Bickle says in one of these teachings that when he first met Bob Jones—the troubling prophet with his own history of sexual assault accusations—that’s where he got the call for this as well: Bickle says:
When I met Bob Jones in 1983, he said, “There is coming a day you are going to be on Truman’s property, and there will be 100 million intercessors for Israel!” I told Bob that I believed the Church was spiritual Israel. At that time, I had been pastoring for seven years and seemingly every pastor that I knew just assumed that the Church was spiritual Israel. (Bickle transcript, n.d.) *1
Anyone who knows Bickle knows that IHOPKC has an entire “Israel Mandate” department; Bob Jones told Bickle Harry S. Truman would be a key to this. Truman, from Missouri, was 33rd president of the United States, serving from 1945-1953. A Democrat, Truman led at the end of WWII and was, therefore, in the position to recognize the newly formed modern state of Israel. While Truman was not Jewish, apparently their family sold the Truman land (the Truman Farm itself is still federal land, open for tours) to a Jewish family, whose children sold it dirt cheap to IHOPKC. Bickle’s oft-told story relays how this family then came to IHOPKC and decided this, saying the owners said:
“Our parents always wanted this property to do something that would bless Grandview. They always loved Grandview. They wanted to have the property bless Grandview. We think that all these young couples and all these young people with these bright spirits will bless Grandview, so we’re going to bring the price way down. We want to sell it to you. We want you guys to have it.’”

After IHOPKC acquired the Truman property, and also after it seemed to pay off a lot of its debt, Bickle moved harder on the Truman development. We don’t know exactly how this played out since IHOPKC resigned from the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) on Jan. 31, 2021. That’s right; the timeline here is as it looks: IHOPKC paid its deeds after receiving millions in Covid loans, which were forgiven, and—though correlation can never be assumed to equal causation—then departed its accountability altogether. As a “church” status with the IRS, they don’t have to report public Form 990s either. In other words, no one really knows where all the money was going.
Thus, whether it was the financial freedom of paying off the buildings, the financial freedom from accountability to the ECFA, the everyday freedom resulting from others being consumed with Covid and, thus, too distracted to pay attention, we may never know. For whatever reason, Bickle decided it was time to pounce.
In an email, which was originally sent by Senior Director of Partners, David Park, in late 2021, he lays out the dream—with his usual “aw-shucks-I’m-just-a-humble-guy-trying-to-follow-God” tone to IHOPKC “Partners.” Partners are the high-dollar donors. Bickle lays it on thicker than a Louisiana bayou August afternoon.
The Truman project is his baby. Read this email closely and you will catch the now-obvious Bickle manipulative language: He just wants his “friends” to see this. “Help Lord :)” as if he is not asking for money.
The transcript he said was included actually was not; only the video was there. It was not easy finding that transcript from Oct. 17, 2021, since most of these things are currently hidden, but Dr. Dénouement would not let you down. I found it, copied it, and you can\. Pay attention to Point 3, Paragraph D on pages 4-5 for the crux of why this land is so vital to Bickle; it outlines his belief in his own prophetic calling, that which Bob Jones spoke over him.
The video links in the email are the same one; one is on YouTube and is unlisted (Oopsie! Should have made it private!); the other is on Google Drive, and did not require permission. My guess is that it won’t take long after this publication for both to vanish, but that’s why I downloaded copies to my cloud drives.

Bob emphasized that Truman was a political intercessor who was God sovereignly raised up to have a unique role in the rebirthing of the state of Israel. Truman is the only man in history who has done that—yes, Cyrus helped Israel to return to their land in 538 BC and it was remarkable but at that time Israel’s national identity and “statehood” was still partially intact…. So Cyrus and Truman were not in the exact same situation and what they did was not exactly the same. Israel did not have a homeland for nearly 2,000 years from AD 70 until 1948. Only one man has ever been used by God like Truman leading to the re-birth of the state of Israel. Therefore, in my opinion, from a Holy-Spirit prophetic point of view, the Truman Property is one of the most unique and significant pieces of land on the earth that is related to Israel—outside of the land of Israel itself.
Another encouraging part of this prophetic story is what an angel told Bob Jones on August 8. 1982. On August 8, 1982, Bob had one of his most dramatic prophetic encounters. He had a few prophetic encounters, but I identify maybe about 10 of them as being in the “most important and dramatic” category (not that we need to rate prophetic encounters).

As Bickle says in his email, the recording does cut off as he is speaking. And it’s almost 12 minutes, not 10. Nevertheless, here it is.
Bickle Dreams- Founder Bickle shares his vision for the “Truman Property” key in his prophetic history, and vision to raise up intercessors so all Israel will be saved, noting, as Isaac Bennett said Sunday, “Truman was a political intercessor for Israel, though I don’t know if he knew it.” That was from Bob Jones.
With all that said, I return you to March 21 and 25, 2024. On March 21, TLP 1, a new domestic LLC was registered with the state of MO, and four days later on March 25, IHOPKC had quitclaimed the Truman property to that LLC. Secrets in the making
The aforementioned Northwest Registered Agent Services, Inc., listed on the business filings for both new LLCs with IHOPKC Executive Director Joseph Taylor’s name on them, is not only the name and contact on these two new listings. Have a look:
That’s right, folks. Beginning in at least March of 2023, IHOPKC began using this company to be its agent even for nonprofits (again, correlation ≠ causation, but remember when The Whippersnapper I, Eric Volz said that he actually learned about the allegations several months prior? Dr. Dénouement has to wonder if there is a correlation between hints of allegations and agents being changed with the state):
A Wired story in March reports on Registered Agents, Inc. and its subsidiaries (i.e. Northwest Registered Agents Service. Entitled, “The Secrets Factory,” it discusses the cloak of secrecy under which Registered Agents operates, including skirting corporation laws—albeit “technically” legally—and creating numerous fake personas.
In a typical scenario, a registered agent would incorporate a company on behalf of a customer. An employee of the registered agent company would list their name on the incorporation documents, sometimes providing the company’s email address and office as contact information. That process provides business owners one layer of secrecy, preventing anyone who looks at state records from determining the real owner of a company.
Registered Agents Inc., according to the former employees, routinely goes one step further, incorporating companies in the names of fictional personas created by the company’s founder, Dan Keen. It’s unclear what benefit Registered Agents Inc. or its customers receive when a company is incorporated by a fake identity.
The service, Wired reports, recently acquired company management software called Epik, which has a poor reputation, is supposedly now a force field for aiding businesses online who want to remain in the shadows, the piece says.
Whether or not IHOPKC and its ministries—and now for-profit entities—are attempting to operate covertly, or are simply outsourcing the management of areas, such as filing and naming agents is an answer I cannot assert here. But in the state of Missouri, as of this posting, 27,021 corporations are listed under Registered Agents, Inc. and 9,066 are listed under Northwest Registered Agent Service, Inc. Both names are at the same Harrisonville, MO address. These numbers will grow daily.
In the latter Wired story, a senior software engineer who worked for Registered Agents for a half dozen years, Mikhail Slyusarev, said:
“Somebody will hire [Registered Agents Inc.] to create an LLC, and then [Registered Agents Inc. will] sign all that paperwork with fake identities and submit it to the Secretary of State. There’s no oversight, you're not really answering to anybody, and you’re just making [s***] up.”
Again, I am not positing that IHOPKC, et al. have covert plans by using this service; however, the sudden transfer of assets, including a property that is central to Bickle’s prophetic history is a key factor to watch. Multiple sources have told me that they think Bickle genuinely believes the prophecies from Bob Jones, Paul Cain, and others.
Two weeks ago, one of my regular sources said “keep your eyes on … the Truman Property. Mike needs that if he launches into ministry again.” The person didn’t know if that was Bickle’s plan, but I said, “that property has already been moved.”
Wired, as well as the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), note that it is an easy task for Registered Agents, Inc. to disguise the name and other identifying information of the owner(s) of any business, so they could do this quickly for IHOPKC. After all, that’s what these agents do for “Oligarchs, criminals and online scammers [who] have reaped the benefits,” according to the ICIJ investigation. ICIJ adds:
“Few other facilitators in the U.S. financial system operate with as little oversight as the thousands of registered agents who often serve as the only publicly known contact for companies with anonymous owners.”
Imagine then, a time when IHOPKC, Bickle, IHOPKC, et al. are sued, but assets have been shifted, new LLCs have been formed, and organizers are not under the personal names but the agency name. We are one degree away from this being reality.
Bickle wants to build a giant center on I-49/US 71, with footage from Israeli Holocaust centers, videos, tributes, hotels, restaurants, and tents for an annual Feast of Tabernacles (note his comment where he says he’d rather stay in the hotel than the tent, though!). Educating people about the Holocaust is always a good idea (Dr. Dénouement—who you may remember has a book in the US Memorial Holocaust Museum Library in DC)—has taught classes of college students that did not know or understand what really happened. However, it appears from Bickle’s video, his email, his messages, and IHOPKC’s shuffling of properties that Bickle thinks he is destined to be the person who puts this into place (Bickle’s views of Jewish salvation have actually been accused, however, of being antisemitic more than once—by Jewish people. This is the same accusation leveled against Charles Nelson Darby, the theologian with whom Bickle claims to disagree, but neglects to mention he agrees in part Confused? You’re not alone).
Apart from the eschatological debates which are important, but not for this moment, the idea that somehow the salvation of anyone depends on what a man and his ministry build (unless that man is Jesus) is the ultimate display of arrogant narcissism.
I am no fan of Abby Lee Miller on Dance Moms because she was just mean to kids. But she was right about one thing that Bickle needs to know:
Everyone is replaceable. God’s plans for anyone can go forth without Bickle.
That’s why he’s God.

I almost wonder if the sexual allegations weren't planned as a smokescreen so people would focus on the abuse and not on the transferring of assets.
